We are coming back to the beautiful mountains of Colorado for another Women's Hot Springs Retreat. You asked, we answered 🙂 Our last few retreats were so magical we are committing to offering them twice a year. Moms, daughters, aunties, friends, sisters, grandmas and all women welcome. Daily yoga (Kundalini and Vinyasa), Breathwork and other special workshops for Mamas, daughters, aunties, grandmas, friends and the special women and girls in your lives. This sacred container is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and belonging between women of many faces and ages.
