We are coming back to the beautiful mountains of Colorado for another Womens Hot Springs Retreat. You asked, we answered 🙂 Our Februrary Retreat was so magical we are offering it again in the Spring! Moms, daughters, aunties, friends, sisters, grandmas and all women welcome. Soak in the healing waters of Natural Hot Springs, surrounded by snowy mountains and beautiful Colorado skies. Honoring the sacred in what it means to be a woman, a mama, a friend, an auntie, a daughter and a grandma. Daily yoga (Kundalini and Vinyasa), Breathwork and other special workshops for Mamas, daughters, aunties, grandmas, friends and the special women and girls in your lives. Honored to have Multi award winning Artist and Mama Shylah Ray Sunshine coming back again to offer a private concert and song workshop for Retreat guests. This sacred container is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and belonging between a women of many faces and ages.
